Miguel Ignacio Rodríguez is a Venezuelan film editor based in Geneva. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies from King’s College London and gained early experience through internships at Heyday Films with David Heyman, and at E-Post with renowned post-production supervisor Carlos Morales.
Miguel spent three years at Pimienta Films in Mexico as a production and distribution assistant, contributing to acclaimed projects such as Roma (Alfonso Cuarón, 2018). He also worked as a camera assistant on several feature films, including Prayers for the Stolen (Tatiana Huezo, 2021).
Passionate about collaborating with artists, Miguel produced content and short documentary films through PARAMO before founding Diorama, a production company dedicated to supporting auteur cinema in Geneva. In 2023, he directed a short film titled O Nosso Fado, currently circulating on the festival circuit.
He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at ECAL/HEAD while producing his first feature film, Esmeralda.
